Today, my Dad found out that like anime and I that actually collect anime figurines. I wanted to hide my hobbies from my parents, but he found out. Luckily he didn’t mind the fact that I have this kind of hobby, but he went on to share the fact that I have “this kind of hobby” to our relatives. FML

Today, my Dad found out that like anime and I that actually collect anime figurines. I wanted to hide my hobbies from my parents, but he found out. Luckily he didn’t mind the fact that I have this kind of hobby, but he went on to share the fact that I have “this kind of hobby” to our relatives. FML
で「今日、私がアニメ好きでアニメのフィギュアを集めていることが父にばれた。両親には自分の趣味については隠しておきたかったのだが、父に知れてしまった。幸運にも父は私がその種の趣味を持っていることをさして気にしなかったが、父は親戚中に私がその種の趣味を持っていることを言いふらし始めた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my Dad found out that ～ で「父が～だということを知った」です。
found out that ～ で「～だと分かった、知った」という意味の言い回し。
次の文は、文法的にはどう解釈していいかちょっとわかりませんでした。
もしかすると投稿者の間違いかもしれません。（もし解釈の仕方が分かる人がいたら教えてください。）
修正するとすれば、
my Dad found out that I like anime and that I ～ で「父が～だということを知った、私がアニメが好きで、そして私が～だということを」です。
と、that節が and で併記された形でしょうか。
actually collect anime figurines. で「実際、（私が）アニメのフィギュアを集めている（ことを）」です。
figurine フィギュ[リ]ンで「フィギュア」です。anime figure とも言えます。

I wanted to hide my hobbies from my parents, で「私は～したかった、私の趣味を隠したかった、両親から」です。
hide ～ from … で「～を…に知られないようにする」という意味の言い回しです。
例：hide the truth from the public「その事実を世間に知られないようにする」
but he found out.「だが、父は知ってしまった」

Luckily「幸いにも、」
he didn’t mind the fact that ～「父は～と言う事実を気にしなかった」です。
not mind ～ で「～を気にしない、～を嫌だと思わない」です。
例：I don’t mind eating at the counter.「カウンターでもいいですよ。」
どんな事実かというと、
(the fact) that I have this kind of hobby, で「私がこの種の趣味を持っている（という事実）」です。

but ～「しかし」
he went on to share the fact that ～ で「彼は次に～しだした、～と言う事実を共有し（だした）」です。
go on to do ～ で「続いて～する、次に～する、～することに進む」という意味の言い回しです。
(the fact) that I have “this kind of hobby” で先ほど同様「私がこの種の趣味を持っている（という事実）」 です。
share ～ with our relatives. で「家の親戚に～（情報などを）を共有する」です。
ここでは with のかわりに to が使われていますが、share ～ with … の方が正しいです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

父が～と言うことを知った

like anime and
（私が）アニメが好きで

I that actually collect anime figurines.
私が実はアニメのフィギュアを集めていることを

I wanted to hide my hobbies from my parents,

he didn’t mind the fact that
父は～と言う事実を気にしていなかった
