で「この国には数億人の銃オーナーがいるが、今はその中で事件を起こすものは誰一人いない。銃の誤用が起きるのはドラッグだったり悪い親だったりしつけの悪い子供たちがいる環境だけだ。つまりそういうことだよ。」という意味になります。

テッド・ニュージェントは、銃規制に反対の立場を取る保守・右派的な思想で知られています。
全米ライフル協会（NRA）の幹部で、銃規制に反対の立場の人ですね。

There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, で「数億人もの銃のオーナーがいる、この国には」です。
hundreds of millions of ～ で「数億もの～」という意味のコロケーション。
million で「100万」なのでそれに100をかけると「億」になります。
gun owners で「銃のオーナー」です。ここでは届け出をしている正規の銃オーナーということでしょう。
in this country は「アメリカでは」ということです。
and「それで」
not one of them で「それらの人のうちの一人も（でない）」です。
none of them と同じ意味です。
them は hundreds of millions of gun owners を指しています。
will have an accident today. で「事件を起こさ（ない）、今日では」

The only misuse of guns で「唯一の銃の誤用（悪用）は」
comes「生じる、起こる」です。
in environments where ～ で「～するような環境で」です。
there are drugs, alcohol, bad parents, and undisciplined children. で「ドラッグ、アルコール、悪い親、しつけの悪い子供たちがいる（ような環境で）」です。
undisciplined は「しつけの悪い、わがままな」という意味の形容詞。
un-（否定）＋ disciplined（しつけられた、自制心のある）
例：undisciplined thinking「奔放な思考」

Period. は「ピリオド、終わり、以上、つまりそいうこと」という意味の言い回しです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
