で「質の高い傾聴には、広く見解の一致した定義は存在しないが、繰り返し言われている特徴としては、注意深く聞くこと、理解していることをを伝えること、発話者に肯定的な気持ちを示すことがなどが挙げられます。」という意味になります。

There’s no ～ で「～などというものはない」
universally agreed upon definition of ～ で「広く見解の一致した定義」です。
agreed upon definition で「見解の一致した定義」という意味になります。
agreed-upon で「見解の一致した、合意した」という意味の形容詞です。
何の定義（definition）かというと、
(of) high-quality listening, で「質の高い傾聴」です。
listening は「人の話を聞くこと、傾聴」です。

but ～「だが～」
some recurring features で「いくつかの繰り返し思い浮かぶ特徴は」です。
recurring は「繰り返し思い浮かぶ、思い出される、何度もよみがえってくる」といった意味の形容詞です。
例：recurring fantasy「繰り返し空想する内容」
include ～ で「～が含まれる、～などがある」という意味の動詞です。
どんなものがあるかというと、
～, ～, and ～ の列挙の方式で、
attentiveness で「注意深さ、集中すること、しっかり聞くこと」です。
conveying understanding, で「理解を伝えること」です。
つまり、分かっていること、了解を伝えることです。
and showing a positive intention towards the speaker. で「発話者に肯定的な気持ちを示すこと」です。
