Electronic tickets will be sold で「電子チケットが販売されることになる」です。
through the organization’s website, で「その団体のウェブサイトを通して」です。
the organization「その団体」とは、大阪万博の主催者（organizer）を指しています。

, with ～ 以降は、with を使った付帯状況の独立分詞構文になっています。
「～が…するという状況の中で」といった意味になります。

essentially having to ～ で「事実上～しなければならない（状況の中で）」となります。
(have to) book で「予約しなければならない」

(before) their visit to the expo で「その万博への訪問（の半年前に）」 です。
the expo は the 2025 World Exposition in Osaka を指しています。
その万博はどんなところかというと、
(the expo) where ～ で「（その万博は）～するところ」
at least 153 countries and regions are set to participate. で「少なくとも153の国と地域が参加を予定している（その万博）」です。
countries and regions の regions というのは、例えば台湾など日本が国家として認めていない国（地域）を指します。
are set to ～ で「～することになっている」です。
