I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.
で「私には夢がある。それは、あのジョージアの赤土の丘で、かつての奴隷の息子たちと、かつての奴隷主の息子たちが兄弟のように一緒にテーブルに座ることができるようになる、というものだ。」という意味になります。

I have a dream that ～ で「私には夢がある、～という夢が」です。
「～という」という意味の同格のthat になります。
どんな夢かというと、
one day「いつの日か」
on the red hills of Georgia, で「ジョージア州の赤土の丘の上で」です。
red hills とは何かというと、アメリカの南東にある地域のことです。red とは「赤土」のことだそうです。

綿花プランテーションでの奴隷労働が盛んだった場所ですね。

the sons of former slaves で「かつての奴隷の息子たち」です。
and ～「～と」
the sons of former slave owners で「かつての奴隷主の息子たち」です。
will be able to sit down together で「一緒に座ることができる」です。
at the table of brotherhood. で「兄弟愛というテーブルに」です。
sit down at a table はテーブルの上に座るのではなく「テーブルに着く、食卓に着く」という意味ですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私には～という夢がある

one day
いつの日か

on the red hills of Georgia,
あのジョージアの赤土の丘で

the sons of former slaves and
かつての奴隷の子供たちと

the sons of former slave owners
かつての奴隷主の子供たちが

will be able to sit down together

at the table of brotherhood.
兄弟愛というテーブルで
