I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.
で「私には夢がある。いつの日か、不正の熱でうだっている、抑圧の熱でうだっている州ミシシッピーでさえ、自由と公正のオアシスに変わるという夢が。」という意味になります。

I have a dream that ～ で「私には夢がある、～という夢が」です。
「～という」という意味の同格のthat になります。
どんな夢かというと、
one day「いつの日か」

even the state of Mississippi, で「ミシシッピー州でさえ」です。
そのミシシッピー州というのはどんな州かを説明する同格の句が挿入され、
a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, で「不公正の熱でうだる州」です。
a state で「ある州」、後ろから現在分詞で修飾され
sweltering with ～「～でうだっている（州）」となります。
さらに、
, sweltering with the heat of oppression, で「抑圧の熱でうだってる（州）」となります。
ミシシッピー州は南部の中でも相当差別がひどかったということが分かりますね。

will be transformed into ～ で「～にトランスフォームされるだろう」です。
transform は「～を変形させる、転換する」です。
into ～ は「（変化して）～へと」という意味の前置詞。
例：change into ～「～に変わる」
何に変わるのかというと、
an oasis of freedom and justice. で「自由と公正のオアシスへと」です。
oasis はオウ[エ]イスィス感じで発音されます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私には（～という）夢がある

one day
いつの日か

even the state of Mississippi,
ミシシッピー州でさえも

a state
～な州

sweltering with the heat of injustice,
不正の熱でうだっている（州）

sweltering with the heat of oppression,
