Although ～ で「～ではあるものの」という意味の接続詞です。
these celestial landscapes have been observed before で「このような天空の風景は、以前にも観測されてきた」です。
celestial landscapes で「天空の景観」です。
celestial セレ[ス]シャォで「天空の、天上界の」という意味の形容詞。
landscape で「景観、風景、状況、様相」です。
celestial landscapes は一種のオクシモロン（oxymoron）になっていますね。

ここでの before は副詞で「以前は、以前にも」などという意味です。接続詞と取り違わないように気を付けましょう。

だけれども～（Although ～）、
Euclid’s snapshots provide ～ で「ユークリッドのスナップショットは～を提供している」
Euclid とはここでは、ユークリッド宇宙望遠鏡を指しています。
今年2023年7月に打ち上げられた最新の宇宙望遠鏡です。
provide は「～を提供する、～をもたらす」
何を提供するのかというと、
razor-sharp astronomical images で「剃刀くらいシャープな天文イメージ」です。
razor-sharp で「剃刀のように鋭い」ですが、ここでは画像などがシャープな、鮮明な、解像度が高い、という意味で使われています。
astronomical アストゥロ[ノ]ミカォで「天文学の、天文の」です。
across such a large patch of the sky, で「これほど広大な空の区画にわたって」です。
across ～ は「～にわたって、～を横断して」です。
and ～「そして～」
looking so far into ～ で「はるか遠くの～の様子の観察・調査」です。
この looking は名詞（動名詞）で、前述の provide ～ の目的語になっています。
つまり「～を調査する機会を提供している」ということですね。
look into ～ で「～の中を覗き込む、～を調査する」という意味の句動詞。
look into ～ の間に、so far「これほど遠くまで」が挿入された形です。
the distant universe, で「遠い宇宙」です。

the agency said. で「欧州宇宙機関は語った」です。
agency は記事中に出てきた、the European Space Agency「欧州宇宙機関（ESA）」のことです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
