J.K. Rowling のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2008年）です。

Not only has Harvard given me an extraordinary honour, but the weeks of fear and nausea I have endured at the thought of giving this commencement address have made me lose weight. A win-win situation! Now all I have to do is take deep breaths, squint at the red banners and convince myself that I am at the world’s largest Gryffindor reunion.

で「ハーバードからいただいた途方もない栄誉だけでなく、この数週間、この卒業スピーチのことを考えて恐怖と吐き気に耐えたことで体重が減ったことに（感謝します。）ウィンウィンですね！ 私が今やらねばならないことは深呼吸をして、あの赤い紋章旗をちらっと見て、自分に思い込ませることです。私は今、世界最大のグリフィンドールの同窓会に来ているのだと。」という意味になります。

前回の Thank you に繋がって、Thank you (for) ～
Not only has Harvard given me an extraordinary honour, but ～ で「ハーバードが私に異例なほどの栄誉を与えてくれたことだけではなく～も」です。
not only ～ but …「～だけではなく～も」の構文です。
not only の否定形に引っ張られて has Harvard given と倒置が起きています。

(but) the weeks of fear and nausea (that) I have endured で「私が耐えてきた恐怖と吐き気の数週間」です。
the weeks of fear and nausea で「恐怖と吐き気の数週間」です。
(that) I have endured で「私が耐えてきた（その数週間）」です。
at the thought of ～ で「～のことを考えると」
(of) giving this commencement address で「この卒業式スピーチをすること（を考えると）」です。
その数週間が、
have made me lose weight. で「私に体重を減らさせた」です。
つまり恐怖と吐き気で数週間過ごしたおかげて、体重が減った、ということです。

～, ～ and … の列挙方式で、

squint at the red banners で「あの赤い紋章旗を横目に見て」
the red banners はハーバード大学の紋章旗のことですね。
and convince myself that ～ で「自分に～だと思い込ませること」です。
(that) I am at the world’s largest Gryffindor reunion. で「私は今、世界最大のグリフィンドールの同窓会に来ている（のだと）」です。
Gryffindor はハリーポッターの物語の中に登場するホグワーツ魔法学校の寮だそうです。
たしかに両方とも同じ赤色で似ている紋章旗です。
