Today, after getting wrongfully terminated from my job, I was told that I would get my severance pay on this date. Since I was fired due to the new owners being ableist and ageist, I expected that they wouldn’t send it, as a final “fuck you” to me. I was right. FML
で「今日、職場から不当に解雇された後、本日この日に、解雇手当が貰えることになっていた（そう言われていた）。新しい経営陣が身障者差別者で年齢差別者になったことでクビになったので、私への最後の “fuck you” として、会社は送金してこないだろうと予想していた。その通りだった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after getting wrongfully terminated from my job, で「職場から不当に解雇された後、」です。
get terminated で「解雇される」です。
terminate は「～を終わらせる、打ち切る、解除する」という意味の動詞。
wrongfully は「不当に、不法に」という意味の副詞です。
例：wrongfully convicted「不当に有罪判決になって」
I was told that ～「私は～だと言われた」
なんと言われたかというと、
(that) I would get my severance pay で「私は解雇手当を受けるだろう（と）」
severance pay で「解雇手当」です。
severance セヴァランスの動詞形は sever セヴァーで「～を断ち切る」
on this date. で「この日に、本日」です。
まさに今日この日に解雇手当が振り込まれるはずだった、ということですね。

Since ～「～なので」
I was fired due to ～ で「私は～のせいでクビにされた（ので）」
due to the new owners being ableist and ageist, で「あたらしい会社のオーナーたちが身障者差別者で年齢差別者だったせいで、」です。
ableist で「身障者差別者」という意味、ageist で「年齢差別者」となります。
-ist の形で「～差別主義者」というパターン。
例：sexist「性差別主義者」、racist「人種差別主義者」
そうだったので、
I expected that ～「私は～だと予想していた」です。
they wouldn’t send it, で「会社側はそれを送ってこないだろうと」です。
it は severance pay のことを指しています。
, as a final “fuck you” to me. で「私に対する最後のファックユーとして」です。

I was right. で「私は正しかった」です。
予想通り、会社は解雇手当を送金してこなかったということです。
