Today, I slipped on my son’s Hot Wheels cars and fell onto a building made out of Lego. I now have a fractured tailbone and a broken wrist. I called my husband to tell him what happened and all he could do was laugh. My son didn’t leave them on the floor, my husband did. FML

Today, I slipped on my son’s Hot Wheels cars and fell onto a building made out of Lego. I now have a fractured tailbone and a broken wrist. I called my husband to tell him what happened and all he could do was laugh. My son didn’t leave them on the floor, my husband did. FML
で「今日、私は息子の Hot Wheels（ミニカー）を踏んで滑ってレゴでできた建物に尻もちをついた。私は今、尾骨と手首を骨折している。夫に電話して何が起こったかを伝えたが、彼がしてくれたことはただ笑うだけだった。床にそれを置きっぱなしにしたのは、息子ではない。夫だ。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I slipped on ～ で「～の上で（～を踏んで）滑った」です。
何を踏んだかというと、
my son’s Hot Wheels cars で「息子の Hot Wheels（ミニカー）」です。
Hot Wheels はイニシャライズされているので固有名詞だとわかります。
調べると、アメリカのMattel社が展開するミニカーのブランドだそうです。
and ～「そして～」
fell onto a building made out of Lego. で「レゴでできた建物の上に転んだ」
fell は fall「落ちる、転ぶ、倒れる」の過去形。
made out of ～ で「～からできた、～でできた」という意味のコロケーション。

I now have a fractured tailbone で「わたしは今、骨折した尾骨を持っている」です。
つまり「尾骨を骨折した」ということです。
and a broken wrist で「そして骨折した手首（を持っている）」です。
break と fracture はどちらも同じ意味で「～を骨折する」です。

I called my husband to tell him ～ で「わたしは夫に電話した、彼に～を伝えようと」です。
何を伝えようとしたかというと、
(tell him) what happened で「何が起こったかを（彼に伝えようと）」
and ～「そして、すると～」
all he could do was laugh. で「彼ができたことのすべては、笑うことだった」です。
つまり「彼はただ笑うだけだった」です。
all he could do「彼ができたこと全て」が主語になっています。

My son didn’t leave them on the floor, で「私の息子はそれらを床に置いたままにしていなかった」です。
them とは Hot Wheels cars やレゴのことを指しています。
my husband did. で「置きっぱなしにしたのは夫だ」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

わたしは息子のHot Wheels（ミニカー）を踏んで滑って

and fell onto
～の上に転倒した

a building made out of Lego.
レゴでできた建物の上に
