Today, I called my ex-husband to tell him our daughter was missing (the police have since found her, she’s fine) and he told me not to bother him with shit like that, because she’s my responsibility since she chose to live with me after the divorce. He then hung up the phone. FML
で「今日、元夫に娘が行方不明になったと電話した（その後、警察が娘を見つけてくれて無事だった）。そしたら、夫はそんなつまらないことで俺を煩わせるな、離婚後に娘は私と一緒に暮らすことに決めたのだから娘は私の責任なのだからと言って彼は電話を切った。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I called my ex-husband で「元夫に電話をした」です。
call ～ には「～を呼ぶ、～と呼ぶ、叫ぶ」などいろいろな意味がありますが、ここでは単純に「～に電話をかける」という意味で使われています。
ex-～ で「元～、かつての～」という意味が作れます。
例：ex-girlfriend「元カノ」
to tell him (that) ～ で「彼に～ということを伝えるために」です。
(that) our daughter was missing で「私たちの娘が行方不明になっている（と）」です。
丸括弧（）で囲んで挿入的に、
the police have since found her, she’s fine で「警察がその後娘を発見して、彼女は大丈夫だった」です。
have since ～ と、現在完了 have のあとに since を置いて「その後～した、それ以降～した」という意味のコロケーションになります。
ここでの since は副詞で「その後、それ以来」という意味になっています。
and ～「そしたら～」
he told me not to do ～ で「彼はわたしに～をするなと言った」です。
tell ～ to do … で「～に…するように言う、～に…するよう命じる」という意味の言い回しです。
to不定詞に not がついて、tell ～ not to do … で「…するなと言う」という意味になっています。
not to bother him で「彼を煩わせるな（と言った）」です。
with shit like that, で「そんなくだらないことで（煩わせるな）」です。
shit は thing と同じ意味で身内の会話でよく使われます。
thing like that「そんなこと」

, because ～「なぜなら～」
she’s my responsibility で「娘は私の責任（だから）」です。
since she chose to live with me で「娘が私と暮らすことを選んだのだから」
chose チョウズは choose チューズ「選ぶ」の過去形。
after the divorce.「離婚後」

He then hung up the phone. で「彼は電話を切った」です。
hang up the phone で「電話を切る」です。
なぜ「吊るす、ひっかける」で電話を切るという意味なのかは以下を参考にしてください。
