A recent survey by BCG, a consultancy, で「コンサルタント会社のBCGによる最近の調査」です。
BCG, a consultancy のカンマは同格を表すカンマです。
例：soccer, the most popular game in the world, is ～「世界で最も人気の競技、サッカーは～」
found that ～「～ということを見つけた、～だと分かった」です。
that節に入って、
84% of investors worldwide で「世界中の84%の投資家たち」です。
この場合の worldwide は後ろから修飾する形容詞です。
例：travel companies worldwide「世界中の旅行会社」
thought it important で「それが重要だと考えている（と）」です。
仮目的語 it の用法です。

ここでは for ～ to do …「～が…すること」が it に代入される形です。
think it important for ～ to do … で「～が…することが重要だと考える」です。
oil and gas companies で「石油ガス会社たち」が、
demonstrate profitable growth で「利益の見込める成長を見せること」が重要（important）となります。
from low-carbon investments で「低炭素投資から（の利益）」です。
low-carbon は「低炭素」です。二酸化炭素の排出量が低い、という意味です。
by 2025.「2025年までに」

Over half the investors based in Europe が主語で「ヨーロッパを拠点とする投資家たちの半分以上」です。
felt pressure to do ～ で「～しなければというプレッシャーを感じいてた」です。
(pressure to) divest from fossil fuels. で「化石燃料からの脱却をし（なければというプレッシャー）」です。
divest ダイ[ヴェ]ストゥで「を脱がせる、剥ぎ取る」
divest from ～ で「～から脱皮する」という意味の言い回しになっています。
fossil fuels で「化石燃料」です。石炭・石油・天然ガスなどいろいろな種類があるので複数形になっています。
