J.K. Rowling のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2008年）です。

I am not dull enough to suppose that because you are young, gifted and well-educated, you have never known hardship or heartbreak. Talent and intelligence never yet inoculated anyone against the caprice of the Fates, and I do not for a moment suppose that everyone here has enjoyed an existence of unruffled privilege and contentment.

で「若くて才能も教養も持っているからといって、困難や傷心をみなさんが知らないと思うほど私は鈍くはありません。才能と知性があっても運命の三女神の気まぐれからは誰も無傷でいることはできません。また私は一瞬たりとも思いません。ここにいる誰もが穏やかな特権と満足の生活を享受してきたなどとは。」という意味になります。

I am not dull enough to do ～ で「私は～するほど鈍くはない」です。
dull は「鈍い、頭の回転が遅い、ナイフなどの切れが悪い」という意味の形容詞。
例：dull as a butter knife「ひどくつまらない（バターナイフくらい切れが悪い）」、dull eyes「うつろな目」
(to) suppose that ～ で「～だと考える（ほど鈍くはない）」です。
that節に入って、
because you are young, gifted and well-educated, で「みなさんが若くて、才能もあり、教養もあるからといって」
you have never known hardship or heartbreak. で「みなさんが苦難や傷心を全く知らないできた（んじゃないかと考える）」です。

Talent and intelligence で「才能と知性は」
never yet「～したことがない」
inoculated anyone against ～ で「誰かを、～にならないよう予防接種してくれた（ことはない）」です。
inoculate イ[ノ]キュレイトゥで「～に予防接種する」という意味の動詞です。
つまり病気などにならないように事前に守ってくれる、といういことですね。
例：He had an inoculation against chicken pox.「彼は水疱瘡の予防接種をした。」
何から守ってくれるのかというと、
(against) the caprice of the Fates, で「運命の三女神の気まぐれから（に対して）」です。
caprice カプ[リ]ースで「気まぐれ、移り気」です。
fate [フェ]イトゥは「運命」という意味の名詞ですが、
the Fates は大文字なっていることからもわかる通り固有名詞で「運命の三女神」を意味しています。
ギリシャ・ローマ神話に登場する女神で、運命の糸を「紡ぎ（誕生）」「割り当て（寿命）」「切る（死）」役目を担う三姉妹です。
, and ～「そして」
I do not for a moment suppose that ～ で「私は一瞬たりとも～だろうと考えない」です。
for a moment で「一瞬」という意味で、not for a moment で「一瞬たりとも～でない」という意味のコロケーションになっています。
(that) everyone here has enjoyed ～ で「ここにいるみんなが～を楽しんできた（などとは）」です。
an existence of unruffled privilege and contentment. で「穏やかな特権と満足の生活」です。
existence は「存在」という意味から「在り方、生き方、生活」という意味でも使われます。
例：lead a lonely existence「孤独な生活を送る」
unruffled アン[ラ]フォドゥは「波などが立たない」という意味から「穏やかな、平静を保った、平穏無事な」という意味の形容詞です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私は～するほど鈍くはない

suppose that
～だろうと思うほど

because you are young, gifted and well-educated,
みなさんが若くて才能があって教養もあるのだから

you have never known
みなさんが～を知らないできた（のだろうと）
