notorious ノウ[ト]ーリアスで「悪名高い、悪いことで有名な」という意味の形容詞。
ここでは notoriously で副詞として使われています。
fickle で「変わりやすい、うつろいやすい、気まぐれな」という意味の形容詞。
例：fickle weather「気まぐれな天候」
but ～「しかし～」
some things,「あるものは、中には～なものもある」

out of style は「流行遅れの」という意味のイディオム。

the cast は、この映画の「キャスト陣、出演者たち」です。
have hardly aged.「ほとんど年をとっていない。」です。
cast は集合名詞として使え、ここでは「出演者たち」と複数として扱われています。
※cast を「1つのグループ」と見る場合は、単数として扱われる場合もあります。
例：The cast is excellent.「その出演陣はすばらしい。」

The then-little-known Emily Blunt で「当時はほとんど知られていなかったエミリー・ブラントは」です。
このように固有名詞の前に形容詞が付く場合はthe をつけることがあります。
例：The Great Gatsby「偉大なるギャッツビー」、the young Mozart「若き日のモーツアルト」
has turned into a star.「スターになった。」
turn into ～ で「～に変わる、～になる」

Throw in ～「～を投げ入れなさい」
some stiletto heels「ピンヒールをいくつか」
and ～「と～」
a few T.J. Maxx quips「TJマックスのネタを数個」
stiletto は「小剣、短剣」という意味ですので、stiletto heel で「短剣のようにとがったハイヒール」です。
一般的にかかと部分の接地面積が1cm未満の非常に細いものを指します。
T.J. Maxx はアメリカの有名なファッション系ディスカウントストア。
and ～「そうすれば～だ」です。
命令形 ～ + and … で「～しなさい、そうすれば…だ」という意味になります。
the thing practically writes itself.「ほとんど物事が自ら書く」です。
practically は「実質的に、ほぼ、ほとんど」
つまり、物語は勝手に出来上がっていく、ということですね。
