The Tokyo District Court’s decision Wednesday was the first acknowledgment of the right to one’s voice in Japan.
で「東京の裁判所は、画期的な判決で『人の声』に法的保護を認めた。この裁判は、日本の人気アニメ声優が、自身の特徴的な低い声をAIで複製した音声が無断で使用されているとして、そのアカウントを閉鎖するようTikTokに求めていたものだ。水曜日に東京地方裁判所が下したこの判断は、日本で『自分の声に対する権利』が認められた初めての事例となった。」という意味になります。

legal protection「法的な保護を」
to the human voice「人間の声に対して」です。
award は「賞金を与える」という意味でお馴染みですが、ここでは「（裁判所などが賠償金や恩恵などを）与える、裁定する」という意味です。
例：The court awarded him $100,000 in damages.「裁判所は彼に10万ドルの賠償金を認めた。」
in a landmark case「ある画期的な裁判において」です。
landmark は「（地理的に）目印となるような」という意味もありますが、ここでは「歴史的に画期的な、後の判例となるような」という意味です。
in which ～ で「その裁判の中では～」
a popular Japanese anime voice actor demanded that ～ で「ある日本のアニメ声優が～を求めた」です。
(that) TikTok close an account で「TikTokがあるアカウントを閉鎖するよう（に求めた）」です。
demand などの要求・提案を表す動詞の後の that節では、仮定法現在が使われることがあり、動詞は原形になります。
ここでは TikTok close であり、主語が三人称単数 TikTok でも closes になっていません。

over ～ で「～をめぐって」です。
its は先ほどの an account を指しています。
unauthorized で「正式に許可されていない」という意味の形容詞。
use of ～ の use は名詞でユースと発音します。（ユーズではない）
(of) an artificial intelligence clone of ～「～のAIクローン（の使用）」
(of) his trademark baritone.「その声優の特徴的なバリトン声（の）」
trademark は「商標、トレードマーク」ですが、ここでは比喩的に「特徴的な、おなじみの、代名詞ともいえる」という意味で使われています。

acknowledgment は「認識、認定、～があることを認めること」です。
