で「例えば、声域です。裏声はたいていの場合あまり役には立ちませんが、その間にも声域はあります。皆さんの中にはボイスコーチの人もいるかもしれませんのであまり専門的になるつもりはありませんが。」という意味になります。

register は音楽用語で「声域、音域」という意味になります。
例：upper register「高音域」、lower register「低音域」、go a register higher「1オクターブ高くなる」
音の高さという意味ですね。

falsetto register may not be very useful most of the time で「裏声はたいていの場合あまり役には立ちません」です。
falsetto は「裏声、ファルセット」ですね。
発音は、フォゥ・[セ]・トゥ となります。
not very useful で「あまり役に立たない」という意味です。
most of the time で「たいていの場合」という意味の言い回しです。

but there’s a register in between で「しかし、その間にも声域があります」です。

I’m not going to get very technical about this で「これについてはあまり専門的に話すつもりはありません」です。
I’m not going to ～ で「～するつもりはないです」という意味の表現です。
get very technical で「とても専門的になる」です。
例：get a little technical「やや専門的になる」
for any of you who are voice coaches. で「皆さんの中にボイスこーじがいるかもしれないから」です。
for ～ で「～だから」という理由の意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
