で「彼はただ空を見上げてこう言った。『なあ、俺が運転しているのが見えないのか？ 今俺が詩を書き留められるように見えるかい？ もしどうしても形にして欲しいなら、俺が対応できるもっと適切な時にまた来いよ。そうじゃなければ、誰か別の人のところに世話になりに行け。レナード・コーエンのとことかにさ。』」という意味になります。

前回から引き続き、ミュージシャンのトム・ウェイツの話です。

He just looked up at the sky, and he said, で「彼はただ空を見上げて、こう言った」です。

Excuse me, can you not see that I’m driving? で「なあ、俺が運転しているのが見えないのか？」です。
can you not see (that)～ で「～ということが分からないか？」です。
can’t you see ～ とも言えます。
Do I look like I can write down a song right now? で「今、俺が詩を書き留められるように見えるかい？」です。
look は「（～のように）見える」という意味の動詞です。
look like ～ で「～のように見える」で、that節が続いて「～するように見える」です。
(that) I can write down a song right now で「私が書き留められる、歌を、今すぐに」です。

If you really want to exist, で「もし本当に存在したいなら」です。
exist で「存在する」です。
今は実体のない「詩」なので、それを書き留めて「形のあるもの」にしてあげるという事です。
come back at a more opportune moment で「戻ってこい、もっと適切な時に」です.
opportune アパ・[テュ]ーンで「適切な、都合のいい、ちょうどよい」という意味の形容詞です。
at an opportune moment で「適切な時に」
a right moment や an appropriate moment とも言えます。
(moment) when I can take care of you. で「私があなたを世話できる（とき）」です。
take care of ～ で「～を世話する、～に対処する」という意味になります。
人や仕事などにつかえます。
例：take care of a garden「庭の手入れをする」、take care of a sick person「病人の看病をする」

Otherwise, ～「そうじゃなかったら、さもなければ」です。

go bother somebody else today. で「今日は誰か別の人のところに世話になりに行け」です。
go bother ～ で「～の手を煩わせに行け」という意味になります。
主に口語表現で go や come の後に原型不定詞が来て「～しに行け」という意味が作れます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

次はいちいち日本語に訳さずに読んでみましょう。
