It’s the disease of thinking that a really great idea is 90% of the work. And that if you just tell your – all these other people, you know, here’s this great idea, then of course they can go off and make it happen.
で「とても優れたアイデアこそが仕事の90%であると考えてしまう病弊です。そして、他の社員たちに伝えさえすれば、例えば、ほらこんなすごいアイデアがあるよと、そうすれば間違いなく社員たちがすぐに取り組んで実現させてくれると、そう考えてしまう病気です。」という意味になります。

It’s the disease of thinking that ～ で「それは、～であると考えるという病気です」です。

どう考えるのかというと、
(that) a really great idea is 90% of the work. で「実に素晴らしいアイデアが、仕事のうちの90％（であると）」です。
要するに、良いアイデアさえ出せば、仕事は9割がた終わったようなものだ、と考えてしまうということですね。
経営者にありがちな過ちです。

And that ～ で「また～と（考えてしまう）」です。
この that は thinking that ～ の that です。

どう考えるかというと、
(that) if you just tell your – all these other people, you know, here’s this great idea, で「自分の部下たちに『ほらこれが良いアイデアだ』と伝えさえすれば」です。
If you just ～ で「ただ～さえすれば」という意味の言い回しです。
tell ～ … で「～に…を伝える」です。
tell … to ～ とも言えます。

tell ～ … の ～ に入るのが、your – all these other people, で「あなたの、これら他の人々全員に」です。
この these は、一種のぼかし表現で、「ほらあの～、～っていう」と言った意味合いです。
相手に自分の思い浮かべているものを「ほら例のあの～」と提示するときに使われます。
例：I have this boyfriend named Bob.「ほら私、ボブっていう彼がいるでしょ。」
この場合の all these other people とは会社の話ですから「（自分以外の）自分の部下たち、（自分以外の）社員たち」だと分かります。

何を … 伝える（tell）かというと、
here’s this great idea, で「ほらこれが良いアイデアです」です。
これは “～” で囲まれたセリフだと考えるとしっくりきますね。
部下たちに「ほらこれが俺からのいいアイデアだ（後は頼むぞ）」という意味合いです。

then of course they can go off and make it happen. で「そうすれば、もちろん、彼らならすぐに着手して実現できる（と）」です。
then は if文を受けて「（もし～なら）そうすれば、それならば」という意味の副詞です。
of course で「もちろん、当然に、言うまでもなく」です。
they は「社員たち」です。
can go off and make it happen で「すぐに着手してそれを実現させることができる」です。
go off は「すぐに始める、出発する、突然～しだす」という意味合いです。
go off には爆弾が「爆発する」という意味がある通り、ここでは、爆発するような猛烈な勢いでスタートを切る・仕事に着手する、というイメージです。
and そして
make it happen で「それを実現させる、形にする、成し遂げる」です。
it は a great idea を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

～だと考える

本当に素晴らしいアイデアが仕事のうちの９割だと

And that
そして～だと（考える）

if you just tell
～に伝えさせすれば
