で「人類に失望してはいけない。人類は海である。もし海の水の数滴が汚れていても、海は汚れない。」という意味になります。

You must not lose faith in humanity で「人類に失望してはいけない。」という意味になります。
must not は「してはいけない」という禁止の意味になります。

lose faith in ～　で「～に失望する、信頼を失う、信仰を失う」という意味の言い回しです。
faith は「信頼、信用、信仰」という意味の名詞です。
例：I have faith in you.「君を信頼しているよ。」

humanity は「人類、人間、人間性、思いやり」という意味の名詞です。
例：love for humanity「人類愛」、the future of humanity「人類の未来」

if a few drops of the ocean are dirty で「海の水の数滴が汚れていても」です。
a few drops of ～ で「数滴の～」という意味です。
a few の後には a がついてるのに、複数形が来るので注意しましょう。
例：after a few hours「数時間後」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
