で「キング牧師はこの世界には二種類の法があると信じました。神によって作られた法と人間によって作られた法です。そして人間によって作られた法のすべてが、神の法と矛盾がなくなるまでは、我々の世界は公正な世界にはならないと。」という意味になります。

Dr. King believed that ～ で「キング牧師は～だと信じた」です。

there are two types of laws in this world: で「この世には二種類の法がある。（すなわち～）」です。
law は「法、法律、法秩序」という意味です。

二種類の法とは、
those that are made by a higher authority で「神によって作られた法」です。
those that ～ の those は laws を指します。
higher authority で「（人間）より高い次元の支配者」で「神」です。
authority アソーリティで「権威、権力、支配者」という意味の名詞（noun）です。
例：exert authority「権力を行使する」
そしてもう一つ、
and those that are made by men. で「人によって作られた法」です。

And not until all the laws that are made by men are consistent with the laws made by the higher authority will we live in a just world. で「人間によって作られた法のすべてが神の法と一致するまでは、我々は公正な世界に生きることはないだろう」となります。
not until ～ （倒置）… の文型で「～するまでは…しない」という意味になります。

until all the laws that are made by men are consistent with the laws made by the higher authority が一つの文で「人間によって作られた法のすべてが神の法と一致するまで」です。
be consistent with ～ で「～と一致する、～と矛盾がない、～と調和する」という意味になります。
例：consistent with age「年相応の」、consistent with the spirit of the constitution「憲法の精神と合致する」
will we live in a just world で「私たちは公正な世界に生きることはないだろう」です。
will we が倒置していますね。
we will live ～ が本来の形です。
a just world で「公正な世界」です。
この場合の just は「正しい、公正な、もっともな」という意味の形容詞（adjective）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

この世には2種類の方があると

those that are made by a higher authority
すなわち、神によって作られた法と

and those that are made by men.
人間によって作られた法である

And not until
そして、～までは…しないだろうと
