で「そして、この三人のキャラクターがいるこの一連の状況――これが、先延ばしする人間の仕組みなんです。見栄えのいいものではありませんが、最終的にはちゃんと機能します。私は数年前、これについてブログに書こうと決めたのです。」という意味になります。

entire は「全体の、丸々の、一連の」
, with the three characters「これら3人のキャラクターとの」です。
Instant Gratification Monkey と、Rational Decision-Maker と、Panic Monster の３人です。
this is the procrastinator’s system.「これが先延ばし人間のシステムなのです。」

It’s not pretty, but ～「見栄えの良いものではありませんが～」です。
ここでの pretty は「見栄えがいい、うわべを飾った、こぎれいな」という意味合い。
but in the end,「でも最終的には」
it works.「うまく機能します。」です。

This is what I decided to write about で「これが、私がそれについて書こうと思い立ったことです。」
on the blog「ブログ上に」
a couple of years ago.「数年前に」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
