で「たしかに世界は危険に満ちており、その中には暗い場所も数多くある。それでもなお、美しいものは多く残っている。そして今、あらゆる地で愛は悲しみと混じり合っているけれども、そのために愛は、かえっていっそう大きく育つのかもしれない。」という意味になります。

『指輪物語 第一部／旅の仲間』 からの引用です。

The world is indeed full of peril,「この世界はたしかに危険に満ちている」です。
indeed は「実に、確かに、本当に、まさに」
peril は「危険、危機」。danger よりも重く暗くて、文学的・ドラマチックです。
, and ～「そして」
in it「その中には」
there are many dark places;「沢山の暗い場所がある。」です。
in it の it は the world を指しています。
; but still ～「しかし、それでもなお～」
there is much that is fair,「美しいものも多くある。」です。
much は a lot などと同じ意味の不定代名詞で「たくさん」です。
全体をまとめて指す代名詞となるため単数扱いになります。
that is fair が much を修飾しています。
fair は「美しい、きれいな、晴れた、公明正大な」という意味の形容詞。
dark と fair の対比ですね。
, and ～「そして～」
though ～「～だけれども」
in all lands「あらゆる地で」
love is now mingled with grief,「愛は今、悲しみと混じり合っている（けれども）」
be mingled with ～ で「～と混じり合う」です。
it grows perhaps the greater.「それ（愛）はたぶん、かえっていっそう大きく育つのかもしれない。」です。
grow the greater も文語的な表現で「それによっていっそう大きくなる」です。
ここでの the は比較を強める表現で、all the greater, even greater に近い意味。
古め・文学的な英語で、the + 比較級 は「それだけますます〜」という意味になります。
例：The more, the better.「多ければ多いほど良い。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
