会話では get married がよく使われます。

マディソン・スクエア・ガーデンはニューヨーク市の超一等地にある多目的アリーナ。
関係副詞 where で繋いで、

officiant は「司式者（ししきしゃ）」です。キリスト教の結婚式などで挙式を執り行う牧師や神父を指します。
at a ceremony 「（結婚）式で」
どんな式かというと、
packed with stars of sports and entertainment. で「スポーツ界やエンタメ界のスターたちでいっぱいの（式）」です。
The deep secrecy that ～「～な深い秘密性」ですが、これは「厳重な秘密主義」という意味合い。
一般には知らされていなかった、ということですね。
(that) surrounded the buildup to the nuptials で「その結婚式への準備段階を包み込んでいた（秘密主義）」です。
surround ～ で「～を囲む、包み込む」です。
buildup は「～へ向けた準備段階、準備期間」という意味の名詞。
(the buildup) to the nuptials で「その結婚式に向けた（準備期間）」です。
nuptials は「結婚式」の少しかしこまった言い方。
結婚の諸々の儀式をまとめて意味するため、通例複数形で使われます。
その秘密主義が、
lifted 「解禁された、解除された」です。
lift で「霧などが晴れる、（禁止令などが）解除される」です。
覆いかぶさっていたものが、持ち上がって、取り払われるイメージですね。
例：The fog lifted.「霧が晴れた。」、The rain lifted.「雨が上がった。」
when ～「～したときに」
a marquee outside the Midtown Manhattan arena で「そのミッドタウン・マンハッタンのアリーナの外の大看板が」
marquee は劇場の入口の上に掛かっている大きな看板のことです。今上演している演目などが表示されるものです。
the Midtown Manhattan arena は先程の Madison Square Garden の言い換え（パラフレーズ）になります。
英語では、一度使った名詞はなるべく言い換えるのが流儀ですね。
そのマーキーが、
proclaimed “JUST&T MARRIED”「『JUST&T MARRIED』と公表した（時）」です。
proclaim は「～を公布する、（正式に）宣言する、～であることを明らかにする」という意味の動詞。
例：self-proclaimed writer「自称物書き」、proclaim a new ordinance「新しい条例を公布する」
once the deed was done. で「事が行われてしまったら、事後に、ことが済むと」です。
once ～ で「いったん～すると、～するとすぐに」です。
deed は「行い、行為」
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
