decease ディ[シ]ースは「死亡する」という意味の動詞ですが、
今回は The deceased で「故人」という意味になります。The deceased person の省略形です。
例：identity of the deceased「死亡者の身元」

cremate ク[リ]ーメイトは「火葬する」という意味の動詞です。
例：cremate a body「遺体を火葬する」
crematory ク[リ]ーマトリーは名詞形で「火葬場」という意味になります。

the remains は「残ったもの、遺骨、遺作、遺跡」という意味になります。
例：the remains of Japanese soldiers「日本兵の遺骨」
例：the remains of an ancient castle「古代の城の遺跡」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
