「部屋から空気を出して、部屋に新鮮な空気を取り込んでください。」という意味になります。

take ～ out of … で「…から～を取り出す、…から～を出す」という意味の言い回しです。
out of は from「～から」とほぼ同じ意味になります。
take は「とる、取り出す」という意味の動詞です。
例：take (人) out of a room「部屋から人を連れ出す」
例：take time out of busy schedule「忙しいスケジュールの中から時間を割く」

replenish リプ[レ]ニッシュは「再び満たす、補充する、再充填する」という意味の動詞です。
replenish ～ with … で「～を…で再び満たす」です。
名詞形は replenishment リプレニッシュメント「補給」です。
例：replenish cash「現金を補充する」
