で「ポケモンGOは、スマートフォンのスクリーンに重ね合せて現れる仮想の生き物を探して、ユーザーが実際の場所を訪れる、拡張現実（AR）ゲームである。」という意味になります。

“Pokemon Go” is an augmented-reality game で「ポケモンGOは拡張現実ゲームである」という意味になります。
augmented-reality は日本語では「拡張現実」と訳されており、現実の一部を改変すること。ARとも略されます。
ポケモンGOは、実際の地図や、スマホで撮影された背景（現実）にゲームの世界観を重ねあわせるという、まさにARゲームです。
対してvirtual-reality は「仮想現実」で、人工的に構築された現実という意味になります。VRと略されます。
ゲーム業界ではこの、ARとVRが今とても話題になっていますね。

in which users visit real-life locations で「（その中で）ユーザーは実際の場所を訪れる」という意味です。
in which は前置詞を伴った関係代名詞で、「その中では」という意味です。
例：country in which society is aging「高齢化社会が進む国」
real-life locations で「実際の場所」という意味です。
real-life は「実際にある、実在の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：real-life fable「実話をもとにした寓話」、in real-life conversation「実際の会話の中で」

in search of virtual creatures で「仮想の生き物を探して」という意味です。
in search of ～ で「～を求めて」という意味の前置詞句です。
先週出てきた in pursuit of ～「～を追い求めて」と似た表現ですね。

creatures that appear superimposed on smartphone screens で「スマホのスクリーンに重ね合されて現れる生き物」です。
that は関係代名詞ですね。
superimposed は「重ね合された、多層構造の、写真などを重ね焼きした」という意味の形容詞です。
impose は「押し付ける、印刷で面付けする」という意味があります。
例：superimposed letter「重ねあわせた文字」
