It「それ」とは、72時間乗車券のことですね。

which boils down to \500 a day で「（それは）要するに一日500円である」となります。
which ～ は、前文の「大人1,500円」のことを指しています。
boil down to ～ は「要約すると～である」という意味の慣用句です。
「煮詰めていくと最終的に～になる」という意味合いからの表現ですね。

an incredible deal で「信じられないくらいすごいお買い得品だ」という意味です。
deal は「取引」という意味ですが、このように「お買い得品、バーゲン品」という意味でもよくつかわれます。
例：get the best deal「どこよりも安く買う」

considering how easy it is to burn up \500 with just two rides で「たった二回乗車すれば500円が消えるのはすぐだと考えれば」
considering ～ は「～を考えれば、～を考慮すれば」という意味の前置詞です。

how easy it is to do ～ で「～することがどれほど簡単か」となります。
burn up \500 with just two rides で「ほんの2回の乗車で500円が消費される」です。
burn up は「使いつくす、消費する、なくなる」という意味の句動詞です。
