で「DellもMP3プレーヤーやPDAを発売しました。彼らは大変高品質な製品を作りますし、とてもよくデザインされた製品が作れます。でも一つも売れませんでした。」という意味になります。

Dell came out with MP3 players and PDAs, で「DellもMP3プレーヤーやPDAを発売しました」です。
前回もでましたが、
come out with ～ で「～を発表する、～を市場に出す」という意味になります。
例：come out with new items「新商品を発表する」
MP3 player は「携帯音楽プレイヤー（再生機）」のことです。
iPod みたいな製品ですね。
MP3 はデジタルの音楽ファイルの形式です。
PDA は Personal Digital Assistant の略で、「個人情報端末」という意味です。
電子手帳や手持ちサイズのパソコンを指しましたが今の時代はスマートフォンにとってかわられてあまり聞かなくなりましたね。
有名なものに、Palmなどありました。

and they make great quality products, で「そして彼らはとてもすばらしい高品質製品を作ります」です。
quality product で「高品質な製品」です。
quality は「高品質の、質のいい」という形容詞の意味でも使われます。
例：quality meat「質のいい肉、上肉」

and they can make perfectly well-designed products で「そして彼らはしっかりとデザインされた製品をつくれます」です。
perfectly well で「ちゃんと、完璧な」という意味の言い回し。
well-designed は「良くデザインされた、きちんと設計された」です。
例：well-designed robot「良くデザインされたロボット」

and nobody bought one で「でも誰も買わなかった、一つも売れなかった、全然売れなかった」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
