で「有名人であることの難点は、人がいつでも優しくしてくれることだ。会話していると、みんなが自分の言うことに賛同してくれる。たとえ完全にクレイジーなことでもだ。聞きたくないことを言ってくれる人が必要だ。」という意味になります。

The hardest thing about being famous で「有名であることの一番の難点、辛い点」です。
hard thing で「難しいこと、難点、辛い点」という意味になります。
be famous で「有名である」です。

is that people are always nice to you で「～は人があなたにいつも優しいこと」です。
is that ～ で「～だということだ」となります。
be nice to ～ で「～に優しい、～に対して親切だ」です。

You’re in a conversation and everybody’s agreeing with what you’re saying で「あなたが会話中、全員があなたの言うことに賛同する」です。
be in a conversation で「会話中」という意味です。
conversation は「会話」ですね。
everybody’s agreeing with what you’re saying で「みんながあなたの言うことに賛同する」です。
agree with ～ で「～に賛同する、～に同調する」です。

even if you say something totally crazy で「たとえあなたが全くのバカなことを言っていてもだ」です。
totally crazy で「全くのバカ、完全にとち狂った」という意味です。
totally は「全く、完全に、心底、すっかり、本当に」という意味の副詞です。
話し言葉で、よく使われる表現です。
例：totally blind「全盲である」、totally different「全く違う」

You need people who can tell you what you don’t want to hear. で「あなたは～な人が必要だ、あなたが聞きたくないことをあなたに言える人」です。
You need people who can ～ で「～できる人が必要だ」ですね。
tell you what ～ で「～なことをあなたに言う」です。
どんなことかというと、
what you don’t want to hear で「あなたが聞きたくないこと」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
