Tempered with love, of course, honesty is a great thing. But also, if you’re really wishing somebody well, it’s very hard to judge them at the same time. I’m not even sure you can do those two things simultaneously. So hail.

で「もちろん、愛で加減してあげれば、正直さは素晴らしいものです。でもまた、もし人の幸せを本当に願うのであれば、その人を同時に批判することは難しくなります。それら二つのことを同時にできるかは私には分かりません。さて、HAILについてはここまでです。」という意味になります。

4つの話し方の要諦 HAIL の意味について。
H = Honesty
A = Authenticity
I = Integrity
L = Love

最後は、Love です。

Tempered with love, of course, honesty is a great thing. で「愛で和らげれば、当然、正直さは素晴らしいものです」です。
Tempered with love で「愛で加減すれば」となります。
temper は「（厳しさなどを）和らげる、加減する」という意味の動詞です。
例：tempered by a light breeze「そよ風で（暑さが）和らぐ」

But also, で「しかしまた、しかし同時に」です。

if you’re really wishing somebody well, it’s very hard to judge them at the same time. で「もし人の幸せを本当に願うのであれば、その人を同時に批判することは難しくなります。」です。
wish somebbody well は「人の幸せを願う」でした。
it’s very hard to ～ で「～することはとても難しい」です。
judge them at the same time で「同時に彼らを批判すること」です。
judge は seven deadly sins of speaking の一つでもありましたね。
「人を裁く、非難する、批判する」です。
例：Don’t judge people until you have walked a mile in their shoes.「人を批判する時は、その人と同じ体験をしてからにしろ。（ことわざ）」
at the same time は「同時に、一度に」です。
wish well「人の幸せを願い」ながら同時に judge「批判する」ということです。

I’m not even sure you can do those two things simultaneously. で「それら二つを同時にできるかどうかは私には分かりません」です。
I’m not even sure ～ で「～は分からない、定かではない、確証が持てない」です。
simultaneously は、at the same time と同じ意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
