音の専門家ジュリアン・トレジャー氏によるTEDでのスピーチ「人を惹きつける話し方」です。

You can locate your voice, however. So if I talk up here in my nose, you can hear the difference. If I go down here in my throat, which is where most of us speak from most of the time.
で「しかしながら、私たちは声を出す場所をいろいろと決めることができます。ではちょっと上、鼻のあたりから話しますと、違いが分かりますね。下に行ってこの辺、喉のあたりで話すと、私たちがいつも話すときに声を出す場所ですね。」という意味になります。

今回パートあたりからは、リスナーへの語り掛け、会話文のような形式になっているので、その辺も感じながら訳してみましょう。

You can locate your voice, however. で「でも、私たちは声を出す場所をいろいろと変えることができるんです」です。
locate は「場所を決める、位置を決める」という意味です。
locate your voice なので「声の場所を決める」で、「声の出す場所をいろいろと変えてみる」という意味合いになります。

So if I talk up here in my nose, で「では、ちょっと上、鼻のこの辺りから話しますと、」です。
スピーチの動画を見ると、実際にここでほんのちょっと鼻声になって話していますね。
you can hear the difference. で「違いが分かりますね。違いが聞き取れますね。」です。

If I go down here in my throat, で「下に行ってこの辺、喉のあたりで話すと、」です。

which is where most of us speak from most of the time. 「（喉は）私たちがいつも話すときに声を出す場所ですね。」です。
which は直前 my throat を主語に取っています。
most of us で「私たちのほとんどが」です。
most of the time で「たいていの場合」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
