agricultural は「農業の」という意味の形容詞（adjective）です。
名詞形は agriculture [ア]グリカルチャーで「農業、農学、農耕」です。
based in Idaho で「アイダホ州を本拠地とする」です。

has acquired gene editing licensing rights で「遺伝子編集技術のライセンス権を買収した」となります。
acquire アクワイアは「入手する、手に入れる、買収する、獲得する」という意味の動詞です。
例：acquire a bank「銀行を買収する」
gene editing は「遺伝子編集」という意味です。
gene manipulation「遺伝子操作」とも言ったりしますね。
licensing rights は「ライセンス権、免許権」という意味です。

farmers「農家」が、produce「生産」できるように助けるとなります。

こちらも、
make ～ …（動詞原型）の形で「～を…させる」です。
grocery store offerings で「食料品店の商品」という意味になります。
offerings は「捧げ物」という意味から「提供品、商品、売り物」という意味の名詞です。
