The company launched a program Thursday that ～ で「その会社は～という計画を木曜日に開始した」です。
launch a program で「計画を始める」です。
launch ローンチは「事業を開始する、サービスを始める」という意味の動詞です。
元の意味は「ロケットやミサイルを発射する」という意味です。
例：launch a ballistic missile「弾道ミサイルを発射する」、launch a big attack「大規模攻撃を開始する」

どんなプログラム（計画）かというと
aims to teach more than 10 million students a year how to code で「一年で1000万人以上の生徒にプログラミングを教えることを目指す（計画）」です。
aim to ～ で「～することを狙う、～することを目的とする」です。
aim は「銃や弓矢で的を狙う、的、標的」という意味です。
more than 10 million students で「1000万人以上の生徒」
a year で「一年で」となります。この場合は前置詞なしでOKです。
how to code で「プログラミングのやり方」となります。
code は動詞で「符号化する、コーディングする、コード化する、プログラミングする」という意味になります。
コンピューターに理解できる符号にすることを意味します。
例：coder「プログラマー」、coding「プログラミング」

Amazon said (that) ～ で「Amazonは～と言った」です。

it will pay for summer camps, teacher training and other initiatives で「サマーキャンプや教員訓練、その他の新たな取り組みに対しては同社が料金を立て替える」です。
it は Amazon のことです。
pay for ～ で「～のためにお金を払う」です。
要するに無料で提供するという言うことですね。
other initiatives で「その他の新たな取り組み」となります。
initiative イ[ニ]シャティヴ は「先取り、先取性、率先、主導権」などという意味ですが、この場合は「（他に先駆けた）あらたな取り組み」という意味で使われています。
例：a new initiative against drunk driving「飲酒運転に対する新たな取り組み」

to benefit kids and young adults from low-income families で「低所得世帯出身の子供たちや若者の利益のために」です。
benefit ～ で「～のプラスになる、～のためになる」です。
kids and young adults で「子供たちや若者」です。
young adults は「若者、青年」という意味で十代後半～20代前半までを意味します。
文学の分類で「YA文学」（Young adult literature）と言ったりします。この世代に向けた主にファンタジー小説のことを指します。

who might not have learned to code otherwise. で「そうじゃなかったらプログラミングなんて覚えなかっただろう（子供や若者たち）」です。
might have ～ で「～していたかもしれない」です。

今回は、might not have ～ なので「～していなかったかも」です。
最後の otherwise「そうじゃなかったら、さもなければ」と繋がってきます。
このように might（の他にも would, could など）には「もしも～だったら、もし～なら」という意味合いが含まれることを覚えておきましょう。
