「アップル社の爆弾ニュース（急激に下がった売上展望とiPhoneの売上減）」です。
bombshell news で「爆弾ニュース、衝撃のニュース」という意味になります。
bombshell は「爆弾」です。
bomb「爆弾」＋ shell「貝殻、炸裂弾、薬包」という意味です。
先端に爆薬を詰め、着弾した時に爆発して破壊する砲弾です。
a sharply weaker revenue outlook で「急激な売り上げ減の見通し」です。
outlook は「将来の見通し、展望、予想」という意味の名詞です。
weak は経済系の話題でよく使われる「下げの、弱気の」という意味の形容詞です。
revenue で「売上、収益、歳入」です。
lower iPhone sales で「下がったiPhoneの売上」です。

has raised questions over ～ で「～についての疑問視する声を高めている」です。
raise questions で「～に関する疑問を提起する」です。
raise レイズは「上げる、掲げる、高める」です。
question は「疑問、問題視」という意味になります。

何に対して疑問視する声が高まっているかというと、
the future of the California giant で「そのカリフォルニアの巨大企業の将来」です。

(which) until recently had been seen as the undisputed innovation leader in the tech sector. で「（その企業）は最近までIT分野において誰もが認める革新的リーダーと目されていた。」です。
直前の the California giant を主語にとった関係代名詞節（relative clause）です
until recently は「最近まで」という意味の副詞句です。
had been seen as ～ で「～として見られていた」です。
have been seen as ～ で「～として見られてきた」という意味になります。
どう見られてきたのかというと、
the undisputed innovation leader in the tech sector で「異論の無いIT分野でのイノベーションリーダー（として）」です。
undisputed は「異論の無い、誰もが認める」という意味の形容詞です。
例：undisputed genius「誰もが認める天才」
語幹は dispute で「議論する、論争する」です。
