で「外向的な人は実に大量の刺激を求めますね。ですが一方で、内向的な人は、もっと静かで目立たない環境下で、最も生き生きと、頭が冴えて、才能を発揮できると感じます。」という意味になります。

So extroverts really crave large amounts of stimulation, で「外向的な人は実に大量の刺激を求めます」です。
crave クレイヴは「～を渇望する、～を熱望する、～が欲しくてたまらない」です。
例：crave affection「愛情を渇望する」
large amounts of stimulation で「大量の刺激」です。
stimuration は「刺激」ですね。
動詞形は stimulate ス[ティ]ミュレイトゥ「刺激する、興奮させる」

whereas ～ フウェア[ラ]ズで「一方で～だ」です。
on the other hand とも言えますね。

feel at their most alive で「最も生き生きと感じる、生き生きできる」です。
feel at one’s most ～ で「一番～な気分になる」という意味の意味合いです。
feel at their most switched-on で「もっとも頭が冴えた気分がする」です。
switched-on は「スイッチがオンになった」ですので、「頭が冴えた、生き生きした、敏感な」です。
また「最先端の知識を持った」という意味でも使われます。
feel at their most capable で「もっとも有能だと感じる」です。
capable ケイパボォは「有能な」です。
例：capable assistant「有能な助手」

when they’re in quieter, more low-key environments. で「彼らがより静かで、より目立たない環境にいるときに」です。
quieter は quiet クワイェトゥ「静かな」の比較級です。
low-key は「目立たない、控えめな」という意味の形容詞です。
例：He is low-key.「彼は控えめな人だ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

一方で
