で「私たちは導く者に従います。彼らのためではなく、自分たちのために。そして、”なぜ”から始める人が、周りにいる人を動かす力を持ち、同じように人を動かす人を見出すことができるのです。ご清聴ありがとうございました。」という意味になります。

今回がこのスピーチの結びの文となります。

We follow those who lead, not for them, but for ourselves. で「私たちは導く者に従います。彼らのためではなく、自分たちのために。」ですね。
前回の繰り返しです。
those who lead は「導く者」となります。
この場合の those は those people と同様の意味で「（それらの）人々」という意味になります。

And it’s those who start with “why” that ～ で「そして、～するのは、”なぜ”から始める人だ」となります。
it ～ that … の型で「…するのは～だ」です。
those who start with “why” で「”なぜ”から始める人」です。

どんな人が “なぜ”から始める人 なのかというと、
(that) have the ability to inspire those around them で「能力を持っている（人）、彼らの周りにいる人を刺激して動かす（能力を）」です。
have the ability to ～ で「～する能力を持っている」という意味の言い回しです。
inspire those around them で「彼らの周りにいる人を刺激して動かす」です。
inspire は「～にひらめきを与えて動くように刺激する」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は inspiration インスピレイションです。
those around them は「彼らの周りにいる人々」ですね。
them は those who lead や those who start with “why” のことを指しています。

or ～ 「または」

(ability to) find others who inspire them. で「彼らを動かす人を見出す（能力をもっている）」です。
others who inspire them で「彼らをインスパイアして動かす（自分以外の）人」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私たちは従う

those who lead,
導く者に

not for them,
彼らのためではなく

but for ourselves.
私たち自身のために

And it’s
そして～なのは

those who start with “why”
“なぜ”から始める人だ

that have the ability to
～する能力を持っているのは
