Wharton School はアメリカの世界的に最も高い評価を受けるビジネススクールの一つです。
has found that ~ で「~ということを発見した」です。

何を発見したかというと、
(that) introverted leaders often deliver better outcomes than extroverts do, で「内向型リーターはしばしばより良い結果を産む、外向型リーダーがやるよりも」です。
deliver better outcomes で「より良い成果を産む」という意味になります。
deliver はいろいろな意味がある動詞ですがこの場合は「(成果などを)産む、もたらす」という意味になります。
他にも「配達する、出産する、演説をする、実現させる」などの意味があります。
例:deliver a significant result「大きな成果を産みだす」
better outcomes で「より良い結果、よりよい成果」です。
何よりもいいのかというと、
than extroverts do で「外向型がやるよりも」です。

because ~ で「なぜなら」

when they are managing proactive employees, で「彼らが積極的な従業員を管理している時に」です。
they 彼らとは introverted leaders のことです。
proactive プロ[ア]クティヴ は「積極的な、自分から行動を起こす」という意味の形容詞です。
例:proactive skin care「肌の予防ケア」、in a proactive manner「積極的に」

they’re much more likely to ~ で「彼らは~する可能性が非常に高い」です。
likely to ~ で「~する可能性が高い、~しそうだ」という意味でしたね。
例:likely to get diabetic「糖尿病になりやすい」

to let those employees run with their ideas. で「それらの従業員を自分の考えでやらせる」です。
let ~ …(do) で「~を自由に…させる」です。
例:Let me go!「放して!」
run with one’s idea で「(干渉されずに)自分の考えで推し進める」です。
