Today, after 10 years of frequent international air travel, I got my seat upgraded for the very first time. Also, for the very first time in 10 years, the airline lost my luggage. FML
で「今日、10年も頻繁に飛行機で海外へ行き来していて、実に初めて席をアップグレードをしてもらった。また同時に、10年でまさに初めて、航空会社が私の荷物をなくした。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

after 10 years of frequent international air travel, で直訳すれば「頻繁な国際的な空の旅の10年の後に」となります。
after 10 years of ～ は「～を10年してきて、～を10年した後で」という意味の言い回しですね。
例：after 3 years of debate「3年に及ぶ議論の末に」
frequent フリークウェントゥで「頻繁な、常連の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：frequent flyer program「マイレージサービス、常連客向けの割引プログラム」

I got my seat upgraded で「私は席をアップグレードしてもらった」となります。
get ～ … で「～を…の状態にしてもらう」
例：I got my car fixed.「車を修理してもらった」、I got my hair cut.「髪を切ってもらった」
for the very first time は「正に初めて」という意味です。
for the first time に very「まさに、じつに」が挿入された形ですね。
very は「とても」という意味以外にも、このように「まさに、まさしく」という意味でも使われます。
例：for this very reason「まさにこの理由で」

Also, for the very first time in 10 years, the airline lost my luggage. で「そしてまた、まさに初めて、航空会社が私の荷物をなくした」です。
lost my luggage で「荷物を失う、荷物をなくす」ですね。
luggage は「（一式の）携行品、手荷物」という意味で、スーツケースやカバンなどすべてを含めた言い方です。
最後の -age は「集合」を表す接尾辞なんですね。
ですので a luggage や two luggages とは言いません。
「手荷物はいくつですか？」と聞かれたら。
two pieces (of luggage) と言いましょう。
