で「今日、あえてフリーハグと書かれた看板を持って立たされた。会ったことのない女の子が激しいハグをしてきて、燃える午後の陽の中で、私の肩でヒステリックに泣いた。彼女を引き離すことができなかった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

ちなみにこの投稿者は女性です。

I was dared to stand and hold a sign saying, “Free Hugs.”で「私は大胆にもフリーハグと書いた看板を持って立たされた」という意味になります。
dare デァは「大胆にも～する、あえて～する、思い切って～する」という意味の言い回しです。
a sign saying, “Free Hugs.” で「フリーハグと書かれた看板」です。
sign は「看板、標識」という意味になります。
say はこの場合は「（紙などに）書いてある」という意味になります。

This girl I’d never seen before までで主語です。「私が今まであったことのないこの女の子」です。
I’d never seen before で「以前に会ったことがない」です。
I had never seen の略ですね。
before はこの場合副詞で「以前に、前に」という意味になります。
例：Have I seen you before?「前にお会いしたことがありますか？」

gave me a crushing hug で「私に激しいハグをしてきた」です。
gave a hug で「ハグをする」です。
crushing は「粉砕するような、押しつぶすような」という意味の形容詞です。
crush で「押しつぶす、圧搾する、粉々にする、つぶす」という意味の動詞です。
例：crushed garlic「つぶしたニンニク」

cried hysterically on my shoulder で「私の肩で狂乱して泣いた」です。

in the blazing afternoon sun で「燃えるような午後の日差しの中で」です。
blaze ブレイズは「燃える、赤々と燃える」です。

I couldn’t get her off で「彼女を引きはがせなかった」です。
get ～ off で「～を引き離す」です。
