で「世界の主要な宗教に目を向けてみれば、どの宗教でも探究者が現れるでしょう。モーゼ、キリスト、仏陀、ムハンマドなどの探究者たちは、たった一人で荒野に出ていき、そこで深遠な顕現や天啓を得ます。そしてその後、彼らはみんなのいるコミュニティに持ち帰るのです。」という意味になります。

If you look at most of the world’s major religions, で「もしあなたが世界の主要な宗教のほとんどを見れば」となります、
look at ～ はこの場合は「～に目を向ける」という意味になります。
religion リ[リ]ジョンは「宗教」です。

you will find seekers — Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad で「あなたは探究者を見つけるでしょう、モーゼ、キリスト、仏陀、ムハンマドなどです」です。
If you look at ～, you will find …「～に目を向ければ、…があることがわかるでしょう」で一つの形で覚えてしまいましょう。
seeker は「探究者、求道者」という意味です。
動詞形 seek は「～を探し求める、得ようと努力する」という意味です。
宗教の seeker となると「真理を探す人」という意味合いです。

主要な宗教のseekerが挙げられています。
Moses はモーゼでユダヤ教、
Jesus はイエス・キリストでキリスト教、
Buddha は仏陀で仏教、
Muhammad はムハンマドでイスラム教となります。

seekers who are going off by themselves alone to the wilderness, で「探究者たち、たった一人で旅立つ、荒野に向けて」です。
go off to ～ で「～に出かける、～に赴く」という意味の句動詞です。
off には「離れて、出発して」という意味があります。
例:set off「出発する」
by themselves alone で「自分たち一人ぼっちで」です。
by oneself だけでも「一人で、自分だけで」という意味ですが、同義の alone がくっついた形です。
wilderness ウィルダネスは「荒野」です。
例：wander in the wilderness「荒野をさまよう」

(where) they then have profound epiphanies and revelations で「（そこで）そのあと彼らは深遠なひらめきや神のお告げを得る」です。
where は直前の wilderness を受けての関係副詞です。
profound で「深い、深遠な、重大な」という意味の形容詞です。
例：profound despair「深い絶望」、profound effect「計り知れない影響」
epiphany と revelation は宗教的なことばで、
epiphany は「ひらめき、顕現（けいげん）、悟り」という意味、
revelation は「啓示、お告げ」という意味になります。
epiphany のほうが「ピンとひらめく」イメージで、
revelation は「隠されていたものが暴かれての新事実」というイメージです。

(that) they then bring back to the rest of the community. で「（それを）そのあと彼らは持ち帰る、コミュニティーの中の他のみんなに」です。
that は直前の epiphanies and revelations を目的語にとった関係代名詞です。
bring back で「それを持ち帰る」です。
to the rest of the community で「地域住民の残りの人たちに」です。
the rest of ～ で「～の中のそれ以外の人たち」となります。
