Today, I punched an older woman in the face. I only hit her after she grabbed my 4-year-old daughter and told her to, “stop dancing like a whore!” My daughter was so terrified, she peed her pants. FML
で「今日、わたしは高齢の女性の顔を殴った。殴ったのは、彼女がうちの４歳の娘を捕まえて『淫売みたいに踊るな！』と言ったから。娘はびっくりしてその場で漏らしてしまった。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I punched an older woman in the face. で「高齢の女性の顔にパンチした」となります。
punch ～ in the … で「～の…の部分を殴る」という意味になります。
例：kick someone in the butt「人の尻をけ飛ばす」、be shot in the back「背中を撃たれる」

I only hit her after ～ で「私は、～になって初めて、彼女を殴った、～の後で」です。
only after ～ で「～してはじめて、～した後でようやく」という意味の言い回しです。
～するまでは我慢した、我慢の限界を超えたので仕方なく殴ったという意味合いです
after ～ は「～の後で」という意味ですが「～したので」と【理由】の意味で訳すとしっくりくることが多いです。
hit も punch と同じ意味で「殴る、ぶつ、たたく」です。

(after) she grabbed my 4-year-old daughter and told her to, “stop dancing like a whore!” で「彼女が私の４歳の娘をひっ捕まえて、娘に言った、淫売みたいに踊るな！と」です。
grab ～ は「～をひっつかむ」です。この場合は「～を捕える、～をがっと掴む」という意味合いです。
told her to stop ～ で「娘に～をやめろと言った」です。
told は tell の過去形です。
tell ～ to do で「～に…するように言う」です。
whore は「淫売、娼婦、ふしだらな女」という意味の卑語です。
例：whorehouse「売春宿」

My daughter was so terrified, she peed her pants. で「娘はとても怖がって、漏らしてしまった」です。
be terrified で「怖がる、ひどく恐れる、びびる」です。
pee one’s pants は「おしっこを漏らす」という意味のイディオムです。
