And I got to tell you, で「そして私はみなさんに～だと言わなければならない」です。
I got to ～ は口語表現で「～しなければならない」という意味の言い回しです。
アイガラという感じに発音します。
元は I’ve got to ～ ですが、have が省略された形になります。

I think that was a huge error. で「私は～だと思う、それは大きな間違いだったと」です。
that とは、ルネサンス以降、人間個人がジーニアスであるという考え方になってしまったことですね。
huge ヒュージで「大きな、巨大な」です。
例：huge mistake「大きな間違い」

I think that ～ で「私は～だと思います。」

allowing somebody, one mere person to believe that ～ で「誰か、一人の単なる人に、～だと思わせておくこと」です。
allow ～ to … の型で「～に…させておく、…することを許可する」です。
例：allow bacteria to grow「細菌を増殖させる」
mere ミアは「単なる、ただの、ほんの」という意味の形容詞です。
mere person なので「ただの人、単なる人」という意味になります。

文構造的には、allowing ～ eternal mystery までが主語（主部）になっていて、is で受けています。

どう思わせておくことかというと、
(believe that) he or she is like, the vessel, ～ で「その人が（自分のことを）～の器のようなものだと（信じさせる）」です。
he or she は somebody, one mere person「誰か、一人の単なる人」を受けています。男性か女性か不明な場合はこのように he or she と表します。

like the vessel, like the font and the essence and the source of ～ で「～の器のような、源泉や本質や元のような」です。
vessel, font, essence, source はすべて言い換え表現を並べただけですね。
vessel は「船、船舶、血管」という意味もありますが、この場合は「お椀、器、何かを受け入れる器としての人間」という意味です。
例：vessel of water「水を入れる容器、水がめ」
font は「字体、フォント」という意味でもおなじみですが、ここでは文語的な意味で「泉、井戸、源泉」です。
例：font of information「情報の泉、豊富な知識の持ち主」

何の器、源泉、源（みなもと）なのかというと、
(the source of) all divine, creative, unknowable, eternal mystery で「すべての神がかった、創造的な、未知の、永遠の神秘（の源や器）」となります。

一人の人間にそう思わせておくことは、
is just a smidge too much responsibility で「ほんのちょっと責任が重すぎる」です。
just a smidge は just a little「ほんのちょっと」の言い換えです。
too much responsibility で「責任が重すぎる」となります。

to put on one fragile, human psyche. で「壊れやすい、人間の精神に担がせるには（責任が重い）」です。
put the responsibility on ～ で「～に責任を負わせる」という意味の言い回しですね。
one fragile, human psyche で「一人の脆弱な人間の精神」です。
psyche サイキで「精神、こころ」という意味の名詞になります。
ギリシャ神話でいうところの Psyche プシュケ（精、魂）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
