で「Netflixの新ドキュメンタリー番組が、人々をかつてないほどまでにツールに依存させてしまっているパンデミックの中での、社会を浸食するテクノロジーの影響を暴こうとしている。そのテクノロジーツールによって、人々は、もはや直接会うことができない友人、家族、同僚とつながっていることができる。」という意味になります。

A new Netflix documentary is setting out to ～ で「Netflixの新ドキュメンタリー番組が、～しようと試みている」となります。
set out で「（旅や仕事に）出発する、仕事を始める、着手する、乗り出す」という意味になります。
例：set out to write a new book「新しい本の執筆を始める」

(to) expose technology’s corrosive effects on society で「テクノロジーの腐食作用を暴こうと、世の中への（腐食作用を）」です。
expose イクス[ポ]ウズで「～を外へさらす、暴き出す」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は exposition で「展覧会、展示会、ご開帳」などという意味になります。
technology’s corrosive effects で「テクノロジーの腐食作用」です。
corrosive コ・[ロ]ウ・スィヴは「腐食性の、むしばむような」という意味の形容詞です。
動詞形は corrode コ[ロ]ウドゥ「金属を腐食させる、心などを蝕む」です。
表面からじりじりと次第にむしばんでいくというイメージです。
effects on society で「社会への影響、社会への作用」です。

during a pandemic that ～ で「～なパンデミックの中」です。
pandemic とはコロナウイルスのパンデミック（世界的大流行）のことですね。

(that) has left people more dependent than ever on ～ で「（そのパンデミックは）人々をかつてないほどに～に依存させた」です。
leave ～ … で「～を…にさせる」という意味になります。
make ～ …「～を…の状態にする」と近いですが、leave の方は「～の状態のままにする、～の状態にさせておく」という意味合いです。
more ～ than ever で「かつてないほどに～な」です。
ここでは ever は「今まで、これまで」という意味です。
dependent は depend の形容詞形で「依存した、～に頼った」です。
反意語は independent インディ[ペ]ンデントゥで「独立した、自立した」です。

何に頼っているかというと、
(dependent on) tools that ～ で「～なツールに（頼った）」です。
tools とは具体的には、スマホやパソコン、オンライン会議アプリなどオンラインで人とつながれる道具を指しています。

tools (that) keep them connected with ～ で「（それを使えば）～と繋がっていられるツール」です。
they は前述の people を指しています。
keep ～ … も上の leave と同じ用法で「～を…の状態にしておく、～の状態に保つ」です。

誰と繋がれるかというと、
with friends, family and colleagues で「友達、家族、そして同僚たちと」
(that) they can no longer meet in person. 「もはや直接会うことができない（そのような人たちと）」です。
they は同じく前述の people を指しています。
meet in person は「直接会う、直に会う」という意味です。
例：in-person interview「対面の面接」、come in person「本人が直接来る」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
