で「今日、ちょうど一日おき位で、うちの母は、私と会話するよりも、雑事をこなしたりご近所さんとおしゃべりしたりを優先させている。それは結構なことだ、もしそれがどうぶつの森の中の話でなければ。どうやらライフスタイルゲームのほうが私よりも重要らしい。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

just like every other day, で「ちょうど一日おきぐらいで」です。
like ～ で「～くらい」という意味のぼかし表現になります。
例：It takes like 3 years.「それは3年くらいかかります。」
every other day は「一日おき、二日に一日」です。
例：very other month「隔月で、２か月ごとに」

my mom has prioritized ～ で「母が～を優先させている」です。
prioritize プライ[オ]リタイズは「～を優先させる」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は priority プライ[オ]リティ「優先事項、優先度」です。
prioritize ～ above … で「…よりも～を優先させる」です。
prioritize ～ over … とも言えます。

doing chores and chatting with her neighbors で「雑事をしたりご近所さんとおしゃべりしたりすること」を優先させているということです。
do chores で「（家の）仕事をやる」です。
chore は「雑事、家事、家のお手伝い」などのことです。
例：busy with household chores「家事で忙しい」
above ～「～よりも、～をうまわまって」
even talking to me で「私との会話さえも」です。

This would be fine, ～ で「これは問題ないだろう」です。
if it wasn’t in Animal Crossing. で「もしそれが『どうぶつの森』の中で（の話で）なかったら」です。
Animal Crossing は任天堂switchで大ヒット中のゲーム『あつまれどうぶつの森』の英語名です。
お母さんが雑事をしたりご近所と話しているというのは、どうぶつの森のゲームをしているということですね。

Apparently, ～ で「どうやら～らしい」

a lifestyle video game is more important than me. で「ライフスタイルゲームが私よりも重要らしい」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
