But maybe ～「でもきっと」
if you just believed (that) ～ で「もしあなたが～だと信じたなら」です。

どう信じるかというと、
(that) they were on loan to you from some unimaginable source で「それらがあなたへ貸し出されたものだと、ある想像できない源から」です。
they とは、前回の文から、あなたの extraordinary aspects（尋常でない側面）を指しています。
あなたの非凡な才能、つまりベストセラーを書き上げたり、神懸かり的な見事な踊りをしたりする才能（genius）のことです。
were on loan to you で「あなたへ貸されたもの（だったら）」です。
on loan は「貸されている、貸し出し中の、一時的に出向して」という身の言い回しです。
例：people on loan from government ministries「省庁から出向してきている人」
from some unimaginable source で「ある得体のしれない源から」です。
some unimaginable source で「ある想像できない源」となります。
source は「情報源、発信源」という意味の名詞です。
人知を超えたよくわからない出所から、という意味合いです。

for some exquisite portion of your life で「～のために、あなたの人生の中でのある美しい瞬間のために」です。
some portion of your life で「あなたの人生のある一定の時期」という意味です。
portion は「一部、部分」という意味です。
exquisite イクスク[ウィ]ズィトゥは「美しい、絶品の、最高の、きわめて素晴らしい」という意味の形容詞です。
例：exquisite dancers「見事な踊り手」、an exquisite flower arrangement「大変美しい花束」
語源は、 ex-（外に）＋ quisite（求めて選びとる）から「慎重に選び出された、選び抜かれた、選り抜きの」です。

to be passed along when you’re finished, with somebody else. で「（最後には）手渡されていく、あなたが終わったら、別の誰かに」です。
単純化すると、to be passed along with somebody else. となります。
be passed along with (or to) ～ で「（物・情報・伝統などが）～に手渡されていく、伝えられていく」です。
そして挿入的に when you’re finished, で「あなたが終えたら、あなたが終わった時に」です。
ちなみにこの to 不定詞の副詞的用法は「最後には～になる、結果～となる」という【結果】の意味です。
例：He grew up to be a great scientist.「彼は成長して（最後には）立派な科学者になった。」

And, you know,「そして」
if we think about it this way,「私たちがこんな風にそれについて考えるなら」
this way は「このように、こんな風に」という意味の副詞句となります。
in this way と in が付く場合もありますが、省略される場合もよくあります。
例：I’m sorry I acted that way.「あんな風にふるまってすみません。」
it starts to change everything. 「それはすべてを変え始める」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
