Today, I had a job interview. Everything was cool, until I found out that the HR recruiter was my mother-in-law. She told me that the work was mine if I break up with her daughter. I have until the next Wednesday to think about it. FML
で「今日、就職の面接を受けた。すべてが順調だった。人事部の採用担当者が私の義理の母であることが分かるまでは。彼女は私に、娘と別れるなら、採用すると言った。それについて考える時間は、来週の水曜日までとなってる。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I had a job interview. Everything was cool, で「私は就職面接を受けた。すべてが順調だった」です。
have a job interview で「就職面接を受ける」です。

Everything was cool, until I found out that ～ で「私が～だと気が付くまでは、すべてが順調だった」です。
find out は「～を発見する、～だと分かる、～を見つける」という意味の句動詞です。
何に気づいたかというと、that節で、
(that) the HR recruiter was my mother-in-law.「人事部の採用担当が私の義理の母だと」です。
HR は human resource department「人事部」の略称です。
mother-in-law で「義理の母、義母」です。
血縁ではなく法律で（in law）で繋がっている母というニュアンスです。

She told me that ～ で「彼女は私に～と言った」です。
the work was mine で「その仕事は私ものだ」です。
つまり「採用される」ということです。
しかし if ～「もし～なら」と条件がついています。
if I break up with her daughter. で「もし私が彼女の娘と別れるなら」です。
break up with ～ で「～と別れる、破局する」という意味の言い回しです。
her daughter はつまり自分の「妻」のことですね。

I have until the next Wednesday to think about it. で「私は持っている、次の水曜まで、それについて考えるために」です。
have until ～ to do … の形で「…するのに～まで時間がある」という意味の言い回しです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
