で「捜査員たちはリー氏が証言したような事件現場で争った形跡を見つけられなかった。何も盗まれていなく、家の中は荒らされていなかった。そして押し入った形跡もなかった。その事件を担当した捜査員たちによると。」という意味になります。

背景：
連続殺人犯のTommy Lynn Sells に家に押し入られて息子を殺害されてしまった後、その母親のリーさんは、容疑者として捕まってしまいます。

Investigators couldn’t find signs of ～ で「捜査員たちは～のサインを見つけられなかった」です。
investigator イン[ヴェ]スティゲイターで「捜査員、捜査官」です。
動詞形は investigate インヴェスティゲイトゥで「捜査する、調査する」です。
signs of the struggle (that) Rea described で「争った形跡、リー氏が述べた（形跡）」です。
signs of the struggle で「争いの形跡」です。
struggle は動詞では「取っ組み合う、格闘する」で、名詞では「奮闘、苦闘、闘争、争い」です。
(that) Rea described で「リーさんが陳述した（その取っ組み合い）」です。
Rea さんは、犯人と取っ組み合って争った、と証言していたんですね。
でもその形跡がなかったと。
at the crime scene. で「犯行現場には」です。
crime scene で「犯行現場」です。

Nothing had been stolen, で「何も盗まれていなかった」です。
stolen ス[ト]ウルンは steal「盗む」の過去分詞形です。
the house was neat, and ～ で「また、その家は散らかっていなかった、そして～」です。
neat ニートゥは「部屋などが整頓された、（服装などが）きちんとしている」という意味の形容詞です。
ちなみに働いていない若者を意味するニートはNEET（young people Not in Education, Employment or Training）です。
and there were no signs of forced entry, で「そして、押し入った形跡もなかった」です。
force entry で「強制的な侵入」です。
Nothing had been stolen, the house was neat, and ～ と、カンマ(,)と and を使った列挙表現になっていますね。

according to ～ で「～によると」
investigators working the case. で「その事件を担当していた捜査官たち」です。
work a case で「事件を担当する」という意味の言い回しです。
例：work a homicide「殺人事件を捜査する」
