injure [イ]ンジュァで「負傷させる」です。名詞形は injury [イ]ンジュァリ「怪我、負傷」。

including ～ で「～を含んで」です。
including one severely, で「重体の一人を含んで」です。

a local police spokesperson confirmed to ABC News. で「（～と）地元警察の報道官がABCニュースに事実であると確認した」です。
confirm ～ to … で「～が間違いないと…に確証した」です。

Among them,「彼らの中で」です。
them は負傷者たちを指しています。
16 people were transported to the hospital, で「16人が病院へ搬送された」です。
while ～「一方で～」
15 were assessed on-site and cleared to go home, で「15人は現場でけがの状態を診断されて家に帰っていいと言われた」です。
assess アセスは「損害などを見積もる、評価する、査定する」という意味の動詞です。
on-site は副詞で「現場で」です。
(were) cleared to go home, で「帰宅することを許可された」です。
be cleared で「解放される、許可される」という意味の言い回しです。
例：cleared for takeoff「離陸許可を与えられる」
police said.「～と警察が言った（語った）」

Those injured が主語で「負傷した人たち」です。
included ～ で「～を含んでいた」です。つまり「（内訳として）～がいる、～が挙げられる」です。
10 children, one teenager and 20 adults,「子供10人、ティーンエイジャー1人、大人20人」です。
teenager は厳密には thirteen ～ nineteen（13～19才）までの語尾に -teen が付く年齢の若者を指します。
日本語の「十代」とは微妙に意味合いが違うので注意です。
police said.「～と警察が言った（語った）」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
