TED-Edより「Can you solve the prisoner hat riddle?（囚人の帽子クイズに挑戦）」です。

When I say to begin, each of you must guess the color of your hat starting with the person in the back and moving up the line. And don’t even try saying words other than black or white or signaling some other way, like intonation or volume; you’ll all be eaten immediately.

で「私が始めるように言ったら、あなたたちはそれぞれ自分の帽子の色を言い当てなければいけません。後ろの人から始めて、列を昇っていきます。また、白と黒以外の言葉を言ったり何か別の方法（抑揚や声の大きさなど）で合図したりしようなどとは思わないでください。そんなことをしたら皆さんはすぐに食べられてしまいますよ。」という意味になります。

When I say to begin, で「私が始めるように言ったら」です。
前回に引き続き、看守のエイリアンがしゃべっているところです。

each of you must guess the color of your hat で「あなたたち一人ひとりが、言い当てなければならない、自分の帽子の色を」です。
you はエイリアンにつかまった10人の人間たちです。
guess ～ で「～を言い当てる」という意味の動詞です。クイズやなぞなぞの文脈でよく使われる動詞ですね。
starting with the person in the back で「後ろの人から始めて」です。
starting with ～ で「～を皮切りに」という意味の言い回しです。
the person in the back で「（一番）後ろの人、後部の人」
and moving up the line. で「そして、列を（前に）昇っていく」です。
up と down は「上に」と「下に」という意味以外にも、「こちらに向かってきて」と「向こうに遠ざかって」という意味もあります。
例：come up to me「私の方にやってくる」、go down the street「（ここから）通りを先に進んでいく」

And「また」
don’t even try ～ing で「～を試してみようなんて思うな」です。
try saying words で「言葉を発することを試みる」です。
try ～ing と try to do ～ の違いはこちらを参照下さい。

saying words other than black or white で「言葉を発すること、白と黒以外の（言葉を）」です。
black or white は「白または黒」です。日本語とは順番が変わるので注意です。（white and black とは普通は言いません。）
or「または」
signaling some other way, で「合図すること、何らかの別の方法で」です。
some other way は in some other way とも言えます。
way「～な方法で」の意味の場合、in はしばしば省略されます。
like intonation or volume で「イントネーションや音量など」です。
like ～ は such as ～ と同じ意味で「～など」という意味。

; you’ll all be eaten immediately. で「（そんなことしたら）あなたたちはみんな食べられてしまうでしょう、即座に」です。
セミコロン（;）は、等位接続詞の or と同じ意味で、命令形 ～, or … で「～しなさい、さもないと…」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私が始めるように言ったら

あなたたちは各自

must guess the color of your hat
自分の帽子の色を言い当てなけれなばりません

starting with the person in the back
後ろの人から始めて

列を前に進んでいきます
