で「それらの先駆者たちが始めたことを続けていくことが我々の世代の任務です。なぜなら、われわれの妻たち、母たち、娘たちがその努力に見合った生活費を稼げるようになるまでは、我々の道のりは不完全なままだからです。」という意味になります。

It is ～ to do … の文型で「…するのは～だ」となります。
It is now our generation’s task で「（～は）今、我々世代の任務だ」です。
何をすることが、かというと、
to carry on ～ で「～を続けていくこと」
what those pioneers began. で「それらの先駆者たちが始めたことを」です。

等位接続詞の For ～ で「なぜなら～だから、というのも～だから」です。
our journey is not complete で「我々の旅は不完全なまま（だから）」
journey は「（比喩としての）旅、道のり」です。
complete はここでは形容詞で使われて「完全である、全部そろった」です。
is not complete until ～ で「～するまで不完全なままである」です。
until ～ で「～するまでは」
our wives, our mothers and daughters で「われわれの妻たち、母たち、娘たち」
can earn a living で「生計を立てられる、生活費を稼げる（までは）」
equal to their efforts. で「自分たちの努力と同等の」です。
equal to ～ で「～に等しい、～に同程度の、～に相当する」という意味の言い回しです。
